All orders from hünkyjunk website are shipped in plain boxes, we do not use envelopes or bubble packs for privacy. Return address on label is our corporate name: Blue Ox Design or an “employees” name.

shipping
Our shipping deadline is 11PM-Noon, Monday through Friday--most orders we receive before that time will ship the same day. We are closed Saturday and Sunday and most major holidays. Business Days used for calculating delivery by shippers does not include Saturday, Sunday, bank holidays and do add to shipping time. We will ship your order based on your chosen shipper/ship speed choice. Our shipping charges are based on rates UPS and USPS provide us.
We ship via USPS and UPS--UPS provides the best tracking of your package, guaranteed delivery dates, and a transit time of 1 - 5 business days from the date of shipping, depending on your distance from our warehouse in Los Angeles.
USPS is required for PO Boxes, US Territories, APO/Military addresses. Shipments via US Post Office take between 2 - 6 days from date of shipping for delivery but do not have a guaranteed delivery time.
We offer regular service and expedited, please choose at checkout.
We ship to most of the world, there are a few countries we cannot ship adult products, Russia, North Korea, China and a few others, we apologize for this.
Your package will ship in a plain box, we do not use packs or envelops (better for privacy). The Return address will either be an employees name or our corporate name Blue Ox Designs.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is entered into our shipping system.

We want you to be happy with your hünkyjunk brand product, we stand behind our product and our designs, we want your experience to be the best and most enjoyable possible. We will gladly replace any defective product purchased from our website and within 90 days. We do not accept returns, adult products by their nature cannot be returned for sanitary/health reasons. Please send a photo of the defective product with a description of the defect and the approximate date of purchase and the name on the original purchase by clicking box below and we will gladly replace the item you purchased
